Position Summary The Account Executive is responsible for growing revenue and strengthening customer relationships across Estes Industries’ key sales channels: B2B, Education, and D2C. This role combines proactive business development with account management and sales process execution to support both new customer acquisition and account expansion efforts. As a core contributor to Estes' commercial growth, the Sales Account Executive will own a portion of the sales pipeline, support campaigns, manage strategic customer interactions, and work cross-functionally to ensure seamless fulfillment and high-impact results. This position is compensated through a combination of base salary and incentive compensation tied to revenue, account performance, and sales KPIs.
