About the Role:
Digital Marketing is a critical part of every consumer journey, but many companies only measure its impact on their digital outcomes. Our approach to Influencer Marketing at Ovative Group is very different than the industry average. We’re looking for a talented, performance-oriented individual with an incrementality mindset, eager to learn our adaptation, push boundaries, and share their perspective with the team. As a member of Ovative’s Paid Media team with a focus on Influencer, you’ll concentrate on delivering marketing results for the Influencer channels while leveraging best in class measurement solutions across clients.
As an Analyst on the Influencer Team, you’ll learn how to lead strategy and manage execution of Influencer campaigns. You’ll be expected to learn and contribute to Ovative’s differentiated approach to Influencer marketing, stay abreast on Influencer Marketing trends, creators, and platform tools, and to leverage them to help deliver client success. In addition, you are encouraged to streamline internal processes, drive projects that push the channel & O/g forward, tell clear, concise stories leveraging a multitude of differing data sources.
Responsibilities of an Analyst, Influencer Marketing:
Cross-functional strategy & thought leadership:
Act as a subject matter expert for Influencer strategies by continually evolving Ovative’s approach to best practices, vetting and partnering with new technology companies, managing planning and execution tools, and staying on top of emerging trends
Develop and drive forward multi-channel digital media strategies and roadmaps aligned with client program growth goals
Understand and find synergies across digital channels within the client mix in partnership with other team members
Performance media management & execution:
Build Influencer strategies for clients and lead tactical planning and execution
Lead day to day management and optimization of marketing campaigns with exceptional execution
Program and campaign planning, strategy and plan documentation
Clearly defined objectives, tactics and metrics
Custom analysis, reporting and insights
Influencer agreements, billings, transaction inquiries and compliance
Client communication regarding all elements of influencer programs
Partner with our in-house measurement team to develop industry-leading measurement capabilities
Create proactive communications and POVs for internal teams and clients regarding Influencer opportunities and other digital media topics
Source, vet and manage influencer relationships directly and with talent management agencies to facilitate contracts, campaign tracking, build creative briefs, facilitate content approval and post-campaign reporting
Client relationship management:
Seek to understand the client’s business/industry and understand how their work connects to the broader project and client goals
Lead development and delivery of client-facing solutions, including:
Clearly defining program objectives, tactics and KPIs
Developing and delivering client communication
Build strategies for clients and lead tactical planning and execution
Effectively manage & grow client relationship and establish trust and credibility
Strive to be the best interaction of the client’s day
Team leadership and employee development:
Manage work independently with initial direction from manager
Regularly speak up, ask questions and express your POV
Support and mentor new Ovative team members
Foster a culture of open communication and 360-degree feedback
Requirements:
1+ year of experience directly responsible for enterprise level digital media programs
Exceptional attention to detail paired with the ability to execute quickly & thoughtfully
Proactive and able to develop rapport and positive working relationships with team members, clients and publishers
Solid analytical background demonstrating the ability to understand business problems, analyze trends, draw conclusions and make actionable recommendations
Proven track record of success driving strong positive results through digital marketing programs
Sound conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills
Strong verbal & written communication skills and client management skills
Ability to work independently and drive efforts from start to finish
Passion for social media and influencers, including experience using Instagram, TikTok, etc
Preferred:
Digital agency experience or digital lead on the client-side
Previous experience in performance marketing, retail, eCommerce, etc.
Early adopter to new social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
Have a basic understanding of influencer pricing, engagement, and industry benchmarks
Pay Transparency
At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus. Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. Additional benefits information is provided below.
For our Analyst positions, our compensation ranges from $60,000 to $72,000, which is inclusive of a 10% bonus.
