We are a Minnesota-based, family-owned business seeking a CRM Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will serve as the owner and subject matter expert of our HubSpot CRM, driving optimization, data integrity, and overall system performance.

Key responsibilities include supporting user training and adoption, executing CRM-driven campaigns, and partnering with marketing and sales to enhance digital marketing efforts and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Ownership & Optimization (Primary Focus)

  • Serve as the owner and subject matter expert of HubSpot CRM 
  • Build, manage, and continuously optimize: 
    • Customer journeys and lifecycle stages 
    • Workflows, automations, and lead routing 
    • Segmentation and data structure 
  • Ensure CRM alignment across marketing, sales, and service teams 
  • Maintain data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system governance 
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, retention, and pipeline velocity 

Sales Enablement

  • Partner with sales leadership to improve: 
    • Lead handoff processes 
    • Follow-up consistency 
    • Opportunity tracking and visibility 
  • Develop tools and resources within CRM to support sales success: 
    • Sequences, templates, and playbooks 
    • Task automation and pipeline workflows 
  • Act as a bridge between marketing and sales to ensure alignment on growth initiatives 

Training & Adoption

  • Lead CRM training for internal teams (sales, parts, service, etc.) 
  • Develop SOPs, documentation, and best practices 
  • Present updates, changes, and performance insights to leadership 
  • Drive user adoption and accountability across departments 

Campaign Execution (CRM-Driven)

  • Build and execute targeted campaigns within HubSpot: 
    • Email marketing 
    • Nurture campaigns 
    • Customer reactivation programs 
  • Manage segmentation, testing, and optimization 
  • Analyze performance and continuously improve engagement and conversion 

Digital Marketing (CRM-Aligned)

  • Support digital efforts tied to CRM performance: 
    • Landing pages and conversion paths 
    • Email strategy and automation 
    • Paid and organic traffic alignment with funnel goals 
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on SEO/paid strategy 

E-commerce Support (Preferred / Bonus)

  • Support integration between CRM and e-commerce platforms 
  • Assist with: 
    • Customer segmentation for online sales 
    • Email and remarketing strategies 
    • Promotional campaign execution tied to e-commerce 

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards that track: 
    • Lead generation and conversion 
    • Campaign performance       
    • Customer growth and retention 
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership and sales teams 
Requirements

  

Required

  • 5–8+ years in marketing, CRM, or revenue operations roles 
  • Strong experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar platform) 
  • Experience building workflows, automations, and customer journeys 
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and improve processes 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Experience presenting to and training internal teams 

Preferred

  • Experience supporting e-commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, etc.) 
  • Knowledge of paid search, SEO, and conversion optimization 
  • Experience in B2B or service-based industries (transportation, industrial, etc.)
