Why Work at Rehlko

We have met today's energy needs while planning for tomorrow's for over 100 years. Beginning with the first modern generator, the Rehlko Automatic Power & Light, launched in 1920, Rehlko has been an innovative leader in energy resilience.

Our product range includes engines, generators, power conversion, UPS systems, EV components and electrification solutions, microgrid controls and management, clean energy solutions, and much more that serve a broad spectrum of OEM, residential, industrial, and commercial customers.

Our priorities are global: the stability from steady energy sources and reliable back-ups. The power to be able to harness energy, and the freedom of not being dependent on an aging centralized grid. The confidence that clean energy solutions offer when it comes to a sustainable world, and the commitment to keep innovating towards greater impact.

Why You Will Love this Job:

The Business Analyst for Home Energy will be responsible for measuring and reporting core KPIs related to generating leads from prospective home generator customers, such as traffic from digital properties, total inquiries, MQLs, SQLs, wins, revenue, and conversion rates from stage to stage down through the purchase funnel. This role will serve as the “data source of truth” for the Home Energy business and will rely on tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and agency-provided dashboards and reports to spot performance issues early, synthesize data from multiple sources to deliver insights, and answer ad hoc business questions from team members, stakeholders, and leadership. The right candidate will be a strategic thinker and communicator who is just as comfortable explaining the implications of an analysis as doing it.

Specific responsibilities

  • Data reporting and measurement: Establish a regular cadence for reporting KPI data and comparing it to performance targets. Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports, including performance dashboards, real-time and historical data, and custom reports as needed, that can be used by stakeholders to view and understand business metrics. Connect data from incoming leads at the top of the sales funnel to home generator revenue at the bottom of the funnel.

  • Data analysis and synthesis: Synthesize data from multiple sources and platforms to understand the root causes of any performance changes and make recommendations for improvement. Conduct WoW, MoM, and YoY trend analysis on drivers of business performance and complete ad hoc analyses as requested. Ask the “why” questions and seek the answers in the data. Analyze consumer behavior trends related to Home Energy’s digital properties, such as browsing/visit patterns, engagement events, and conversion events.

  • Data integrity: Ensure all dashboards and reporting tools are up-to-date and accurate and be able to provide the sources and definitions for any data point reported. Conduct regular data audits within each reporting dashboard or analytics platform to ensure data is being captured and presented correctly.

  • Cross-functional data collaboration: Serve as the liaison between the Home Energy business and other internal or external data or analytics teams (data science, IT, agency partners) to answer questions about performance or augment the business’s insights and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business analytics, statistics, mathematics, data management, or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business analytics role within a lead generation or ecommerce environment

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel

  • High degree of familiarity with Google Analytics, Power BI, reporting dashboard packages, data visualization tools, database applications, and statistical analysis or modeling tools

  • Experience with different types of analysis and data visualizations commonly used in business environments

  • Unwavering attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to succinctly convey the “so what” of every analysis

  • Experience creating summary presentations from data analyses

  • Experience with Salesforce as a lead management tool

  • Understanding of demand generation/lead generation channels such as paid search, organic search, social media, retargeting, and affiliate marketing
