General Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain to support medium to large-scale business and system initiatives. This role will be responsible for analyzing business needs, documenting detailed solution requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects by acting as a liaison between business, IT, QA, and training teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements using various elicitation techniques.
  • Document solution requirements (e.g., use cases, process flows, UI wireframes) and ensure clarity and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze and assess solution options, identifying business impacts, dependencies, risks, and implementation needs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate requirements reviews, change control processes, and approvals with stakeholders.
  • Track project deliverables and ensure all requirements are implemented with quality and timeliness.
  • Partner with Dev, QA, and business teams to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including defect analysis and resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for process, operational, or delivery improvements within the business and project teams.
  • Adhere to established PMO methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in the Property & Casualty insurance sector.
  • Strong knowledge of P&C insurance business processes and terminology.
  • Experience with the Guidewire suite a plus but is not required.
  • Proven experience with solution requirement techniques and documentation tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
