Business Analyst, eCommerce

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Business Analyst to help drive digital transformation within eCommerce operations. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories, oversee documentation and testing, and support platform enhancements that directly improve the customer experience. You'll play a key role in functional design, QA, and process optimization, helping ensure the delivery of impactful solutions. Accountabilities:

• Gather and document functional business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories using JIRA and Confluence.
• Design and update wireframes, user flows, and mockups with tools like PowerPoint, Visio, Draw.io, or Mural.
• Perform and manage end-to-end functional testing, including defect identification and validation prior to UAT.
• Monitor deliverables and facilitate stakeholder sign-off on major initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, support triage inputs, and act as a liaison for the eCommerce team.
• Assist with UAT coordination, troubleshoot production issues, and support the administration of eCommerce systems.
• Lead and participate in workshops to define user stories that meet functional business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while contributing to process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, MIS, or related field; or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of experience in digital commerce or business analysis, including Agile methodology and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience creating wireframes and business process flows using design tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to collaborate across multicultural teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze, document, and test business workflows and processes effectively.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2), B2B eCommerce, or healthcare/distribution industries.
• Bonus: Familiarity with S4 HANA ERP, Salesforce, or Power BI.
