Project Overview:

We are hiring a Business Analyst to support the client project. The role focuses on evaluating current policy frameworks and streamlining the discovery process for upcoming policy changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements explicitly related to policy change discovery.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for refinement and efficiency improvement.
  • Create clear, actionable reports and workflows to support project implementation.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure alignment among cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with IT and audit teams to ensure business requirements are translated effectively into technical solutions.
  • Monitor progress against the project timeline and escalate issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
  • Conduct interviews & requirement gathering workshops, document analysis & requirements, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, document use cases, scenarios, perform business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, resolve requirements related conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with Project Manager to analyze information needs and functional requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, particularly within global audit or compliance-related projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to document business requirements using tools like Visio, JIRA, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in identifying gaps and proposing solutions in policy workflows.
  • Familiarity with the audit landscape or experience in IT/business consulting for large-scale projects.
