Business Analyst – SAP Commerce Cloud Migration

We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – SAP Commerce Cloud Migration

We’re migrating our eCommerce platform from SAP Commerce (Hybris) on-premise to SAP Commerce Cloud, and we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in making that transition successful.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to translate business needs into a scalable, cloud-based eCommerce solution.

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite for local candidates)

What You’ll Do

• Lead requirements gathering across catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, and customer accounts

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Perform gap analysis between SAP Commerce (on-prem) and SAP Commerce Cloud

• Document As-Is / To-Be processes and eCommerce workflows

• Support data migration for products, customers, and order history

• Coordinate integration requirements with technical teams and downstream systems

• Develop and execute UAT test cases, support defect resolution, and ensure go-live readiness

• Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through testing and deployment

• Support change management and post-launch stabilization

What We’re Looking For

• 8–10 years of Business Analyst experience in eCommerce and/or ERP environments

• Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce processes

• Experience supporting data migration and system integrations

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently under deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) and/or SAP Commerce Cloud

• Experience with cloud migration projects

• SAP certifications

• Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and integration patterns

• Knowledge of performance testing and SEO considerations
