About the RoleTileBar is seeking a Sr. Analyst to support our business and eCommerce growth initiatives. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a critical role in shaping data-driven strategy across the organization. A passion for creating scalable systems, learning to build data infrastructure from the ground up, and supporting a fast-moving organization is essential. As a Sr. Analyst, you will partner closely with commerce, sales, and merchandising teams to analyze media efficiency, optimize eCommerce user experience, and drive business outcomes. You will also collaborate with senior leadership, providing strategic insights and data-backed recommendations that support growth initiatives. This is a high-impact role that requires a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise in data modeling and visualization, and the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable strategies. Key Responsibilities•    Own end-to-end analytics projects — from scoping ambiguous business questions with guidance through data modeling, analysis, and stakeholder-ready deliverables•    Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, ensuring scalable logic, strong data hygiene, and clear storytelling•    Maintain data pipelines and structure basic data models, with a focus on troubleshooting and validation to ensure reliable data flow for reporting.•    Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, executive-driven requests by rapidly framing the right analytical approach, validating assumptions, and delivering accurate insights at pace•    Partner closely with Marketing, Digital, and Sales leaders to translate business needs into analytical frameworks, focusing primarily on eCommerce and Digital performance as well as projection methodology, while quickly gaining exposure to adjacent analyses such as pricing optimization and trade lifecycle•    Support campaign measurement by analyzing marketing performance across paid and organic channels (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM data). Familiarity with advanced measurement tactics (MMM) a plus•    Lead the strategy, iteration, and ongoing maintenance of projection and forecasting frameworks used in digital planning•    Strong verbal and written communication; present insights in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical; contribute to leadership-facing decks and readouts, and own concise written summaries of ad hoc analyses Qualifications•    2-5 years of experience in business intelligence, marketing analytics, or related fields.•    Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience); 2 years in consulting a plus•    Strong proficiency in SQL (CTEs, window functions, complex joins: minimum 2 years), working with data warehouses such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake•    An eye for design when it comes to dashboards and visualization; minimum 2 years’ experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker/Google Data Studio.•    Basic ETL familiarity, with a focus on data pipelining, troubleshooting, and optimization (e.g., Fivetran, Matillion, Azure Data Factory, Boomi)•    Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis a must•    Experience with site metrics and marketing measurement (GA4, paid media, attribution, incrementality, site tagging in GTM)•    Excellent communication skills with experience presenting analyses to cross-functional stakeholders (to senior leadership a plus); Experience translating complex analytics into strategy in PowerPoint•    Experience not only applying KPIs but contributing to evolving methodologies and thinking through analyses in structured frameworks•    Experience in at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R) a plus but not required At TileBar, we are committed to fostering a workplace that embraces and celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion.
