Room & Board has an excellent opportunity for a Digital Business Analyst to join our Ecommerce & Digital Experience team, reporting to the Director of Web Merchandising. This newly created role supports the team responsible for the presentation, maintenance, and evolution of the online product assortment at roomandboard.com and plays a key role in strengthening the foundation that supports our growing ecommerce business.
This position is designed to deepen and expand the team’s technical understanding of the data, systems, and processes required to launch and maintain a complex online assortment. You will partner closely with existing subject matter experts to absorb and grow the team’s knowledge base, help facilitate decisions and next steps, and support prioritization for this team. As ecommerce continues to support a significant portion of company sales and our showroom Design Associates, this role is expected to grow beyond execution into greater ownership of projects and processes over time.

You will share your talents as a Digital Business Analyst in the following ways:
Serve as a key liaison between ecommerce merchandising, digital experience, data, and technology teams to define requirements, align priorities, and deliver online assortment and shopping path initiatives.
Build a deep understanding of Room & Board’s complex product data model and the systems, tools, and processes required to launch, maintain, and sunset products on roomandboard.com.
Partner closely with merchandising leaders and specialists to facilitate decisions, next steps, and timelines for assortment changes, helping translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements.
Collaborate with Product Designers, Technical Product Owners, Developers, and Data Analysts to support feature development through requirement gathering, testing, validation, documentation, and launch.
Provide production support for data, site code, and image-related issues, contributing to improved intake, prioritization, and resolution workflows using Jira.
Support and grow relationships with software vendors that power the shopping path experience, while gradually taking on greater ownership of projects, prioritization, and cross-functional processes.
