Digital Product Management Business Analyst
We’re seeking a strategic and analytical Digital Product Management Business Analyst to support the design, optimization, and scaling of our digital products and operational workflows. Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and content owners, you’ll help translate business needs into functional digital solutions and drive process efficiency across our digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Business Analysis
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define user needs, business objectives, and system capabilities.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Leverage stakeholder feedback, customer behavior insights, and market data to inform feature enhancements.
• Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Process Optimization
• Analyze and document current-state workflows; identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Design and implement future-state processes that drive scalability, quality, and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Ops, IT, Customer Support) to deploy streamlined solutions.
• Lead workshops and change management efforts for process improvements.
Content Operations & Governance
• Collaborate with content teams to enhance content structure, tagging, metadata, and governance across platforms.
• Support integration of CMS tools with product workflows and digital channels.
• Drive initiatives to automate publishing, QA, and content updates to improve time-to-market.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a digital or omnichannel setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, business process reengineering (BPR), and documentation.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, digital asset management (DAM), and content lifecycle management.
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Industry experience in eCommerce, publishing, or other content-heavy digital environments.
• Proficiency with process mapping and data visualization tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Tableau).
• Certifications such as CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile Product Owner are a plus.
