Malouf is looking for a DTC Growth Marketing Manager to support and scale our direct-to-consumer brands, including Malouf, Lucid, Linenspa, and Vibe. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, analytical, and performance-driven with experience in paid acquisition and ecommerce growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning measurable revenue outcomes, managing multiple brands at once, working cross-functionally, and making data-based decisions that directly impact top- and bottom-line performance. This role will oversee acquisition efforts across all DTC brands while directly managing ecommerce performance for Malouf and Linenspa.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Own paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, Shopping, retargeting, and other performance channels for all DTC brands.
  • Manage and hold agency partners accountable to defined CPA, ROAS, and revenue targets.
  • Monitor and optimize blended CAC across the portfolio.
  • Allocate budgets across brands based on performance and strategic priorities.
  • Build and maintain monthly revenue forecasts and ensure spend pacing aligns with approved budgets.
  • Develop and execute structured creative testing initiatives to improve performance.
  • Partner with ecommerce and CRO Manager to align traffic strategy with on-site conversion optimization.
  • Directly manage ecommerce merchandising and promotional execution for Malouf and Linenspa.
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, pricing updates, and site updates to align with acquisition efforts.
  • Analyze performance trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve revenue efficiency.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports highlighting revenue, efficiency, testing results, and growth opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Lifecycle (Email/SMS), CRO, CX, and Product teams to ensure alignment across the full customer journey.

Qualifications and Skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or DTC ecommerce.
  • Experience managing or supporting paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with agencies a plus.
  • Comfortable managing multiple brands and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Full-Time 40hrs/week in office required.
