We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Merchant Onboarding Manager to lead the process of bringing new merchants onto our platform. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, and the ability to coordinate between internal teams and merchants to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants — from application review to store activation.

Guide merchants through KYC verification, technical setup, and product listing procedures.

Coordinate with sales, compliance, and technical teams to resolve issues during onboarding.

Develop and optimize merchant onboarding workflows, documentation, and training materials.

Monitor merchant performance in early stages and ensure smooth handover to account management.

Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on onboarding improvements and automation needs.

Ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all onboarding activities.

Report regularly on onboarding KPIs, conversion rates, and merchant satisfaction.
