This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Expert Data Engineer / Analytical Engineer (AI Initiative – Healthcare & Retail) in the United States.
This role provides an opportunity to lead the development of the data and analytics foundation for large-scale AI initiatives across healthcare and retail. You will design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data pipelines that enable actionable insights, predictive modeling, and real-time analytics impacting millions of people. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge cloud technologies, modern data architectures, and AI-driven innovation, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver data strategies. You will play a key role in shaping the organization’s AI roadmap and contribute to impactful, mission-critical projects. This is a full-time position with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and long-term data solutions.
Accountabilities:
· Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines to support AI and analytics initiatives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI, engineering, and business stakeholders, to define data requirements and architecture.
· Implement and optimize data solutions leveraging cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and Snowflake.
· Ensure ETL workflows are efficient, secure, and maintain high data quality and consistency.
· Support advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and real-time insights delivery.
· Contribute to the long-term AI and data strategy, providing recommendations for future initiatives and system improvements.
· 10+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Analytical Engineer, preferably in healthcare, eCommerce, or large-scale digital platforms.
· Proven expertise with cloud data platforms: Azure Databricks, Google BigQuery, and Snowflake.
· Hands-on experience with ETL tools, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), DBT, and Power BI.
· Strong knowledge of modern data stack architectures, including Medallion architecture and real-time streaming technologies (Kafka).
· Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance data infrastructures.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to AI-driven data innovation.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
