Overview

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive performance across our e-commerce brands and merchandise programs, with an initial focus on Nupe Mall™, a leading brand in collegiate fraternity and Greek life merchandise.

This role is responsible for planning and executing campaigns, managing external partners, analyzing performance, and driving ongoing optimization to support revenue growth.

This is a hands-on role with direct responsibility for campaign performance and execution. This role is accountable for campaign performance and revenue outcomes, not just execution.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and restocks
  • Define campaign structure, messaging, and product focus
  • Develop clear, comprehensive campaign briefs
  • Ensure campaigns are executed on schedule and aligned with business goals

Vendor Management

  • Manage external partners across email, paid media, creative, and web
  • Provide clear direction and expectations for deliverables
  • Review work to ensure alignment with campaign objectives
  • Maintain accountability for timelines, quality, and performance

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance across key metrics, including revenue, conversion, and return on ad spend
  • Monitor live campaigns and implement adjustments as needed
  • Deliver regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Conduct post-campaign analyses and document key learnings

Optimization & Growth

  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance
  • Test messaging, creative, timing, and offers
  • Apply insights to strengthen future campaigns
  • Recommend adjustments based on performance trends and data

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of experience in growth, performance, or e-commerce marketing, with demonstrated ownership of campaign performance and revenue outcomes
  • Experience marketing apparel, merchandise, or consumer product brands
  • Experience with paid media platforms (Meta and/or Google Ads)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Experience managing campaigns from planning through execution
  • Experience working with external vendors or partners
  • Experience working within e-commerce or DTC environments managing multiple products or campaigns simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Experience with attribution and performance tracking tools (e.g., Triple Whale or similar systems)
