About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, results-obsessed Growth Marketing Specialist ready to own and scale paid media + CRO for three fast-growing intimate apparel DTC brands. You'll step in to replace external agency work, partnering closely with brand, creative, and analytics teams to drive profitable scaling: from current levels toward $10M+ annual ad spend while protecting strong ROAS and margins.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Ownership & Scaling

  • Fully own media planning, execution, and optimization across core channels (approx. spend allocation):
    • Google Ads (60%)
    • Meta Ads (25–30%)
    • Microsoft Ads (8–10%)
    • Pinterest Ads (6–10%)
  • Build and scale full-funnel campaigns that deliver revenue and margin goals.
  • Create high-performing ad briefs; write compelling copy variations and collaborate with designers on creative testing.
  • Run relentless tests (audiences, formats, creatives, landing pages) to boost ROAS, lower CAC, and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide full transparency: maintain dashboards and regular updates so leadership always knows what's live and performing.


Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Lead ongoing audits and optimizations of DTC sites to enhance customer journeys and lift conversions.
  • Partner with SEO Specialist and design team on A/B tests for landing pages, PDPs, checkout flows, and UX improvements.
  • Use GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics to uncover friction and turn insights into quick wins.


Strategy, Analysis & Innovation

  • Develop integrated paid media strategies aligned to revenue, profitability, and LTV goals.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, bidding, and cross-channel performance reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (brand, design, analytics) to ensure campaigns feel cohesive and on-brand.
  • Proactively explore and recommend new tools—especially AI-powered platforms—for better insights, automation, and efficiency.
  • Identify scaling opportunities, test emerging channels (TikTok Shop, Amazon, retail media, etc.), and inform organic/paid social content strategy with the brand team.


Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver clear weekly/monthly reports with KPIs, actionable insights, wins/losses, and forward-looking recommendations.
  • Spot efficiencies and growth levers to accelerate profitable scaling.


What We're Looking For

  • 3–6+ years hands-on paid media experience for DTC eCommerce brands (fashion, beauty, apparel, or intimate preferred).
  • Track record scaling ad spend from ~$1M to $10M+ annually while hitting/exceeding ROAS and margin targets.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest Ads (bonus: TikTok, Amazon Ads).
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify, GA4/Google Analytics, and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Proven CRO experience: A/B testing, event tracking, funnel optimization.
  • Creative sensibility—you can brief designers effectively and spot what converts.
  • End-to-end ownership mindset: strategy through execution, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration.
