Junior eCommerce Business Analyst
Summary
The Junior eCommerce Business Analyst supports the growth of UWI’s digital sales channels by providing reporting, analysis, and insights that guide eCommerce strategies. This entry-level role focuses on turning data into actionable recommendations that improve online sales performance, customer engagement, and digital operations.
The Junior eCommerce Business Analyst will work closely with the eCommerce, sales, marketing, and operations teams to monitor digital KPIs, assist with forecasting, and support decision-making across marketplaces and brand-owned websites. This role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in combining business analysis with digital commerce.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in developing reports and dashboards that track eCommerce sales, traffic, conversion rates, and profitability.
- Support the analysis of online sales performance by product, category, and channel.
- Conduct research on customer behavior, digital trends, and competitor performance to support eCommerce initiatives.
- Collaborate with digital sales and marketing teams to evaluate promotions, pricing strategies, and online campaigns.
- Perform data validation and troubleshoot discrepancies in sales and performance reports.
- Help prepare presentations for leadership summarizing insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Monitor key digital sales KPIs and escalate risks or opportunities to the Digital Sales Manager.
- Document requirements, workflows, and reporting standards for eCommerce projects.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support for cross-functional initiatives.

Education and/or Experience
- A passion for Cycling and the Outdoors!
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in eCommerce, business analysis, or digital sales reporting (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).
- Familiarity with digital sales platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace) preferred.
- Experience with Excel and basic data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or AWS Quicksight) a plus.
