Codal is seeking a highly-skilled Associate Engineer Lead. In this role, you will manage the architecture and evolution of solutions for our diverse client base. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a small focused team of engineers.
We’ll need you to provide thought leadership and make significant technological decisions that modernize and maintain our systems and practices. Working alongside our product management team, you will help scope incoming project opportunities, make architecture recommendations, and solve challenges for our clients with the best available technologies.
As a Lead Fullstack Engineer, you will make recommendations and decisions throughout project life cycles on technology, frameworks, and approaches. We’ll need you to have excellent communication skills to effectively articulate these decisions to clients, as well as our internal teams.
