FabFitFun is looking for a strategic, hands-on CRM Manager to join our marketing team! This role will be an integral part of our marketing team and will report to the VP, Lifecycle Marketing.
Location: This role is based out of our HQ in Beverly Hills, CA and is not eligible for remote. We are presently operating from a hybrid schedule of 4 days a week in-office (Monday-Thursday).
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on CRM Manager to lead campaign execution, testing, and optimization across FabFitFun’s email, SMS, and push channels. You’ll partner closely with creative, merchandising, analytics, and product teams to bring seasonal campaigns and evergreen programs to life and ensure we’re sending the right message, to the right audience, at the right time.
This role requires a unique blend of creative thinking, technical savvy, strong attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration along with a sharp analytical mind and a curiosity for what’s driving results.
This is a full-time position with an expected base salary range of $110K-$120K and is eligible for a 10% annual bonus. The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision and other perks & benefits. Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education / certifications.
