The Job

The Manager of Digital & Performance Marketing is responsible for crafting and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance the customer experience on our eCommerce site.

The Opportunity

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, and site revenue
  • Performance Marketing: Manage digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), display, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing, to optimize ROI and customer acquisition. 
  • SEO and SEM: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve website visibility and search engine ranking. 
  • Web Analytics: Utilize web analytics tools to track website performance, user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Make data-driven decisions to improve site experience. 
  • Content Management: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and conversion-focused content for the website. 
  • A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize campaign and ad performance. 
  • Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all campaigns. 
  • Third party channel management for Amazon.com 
  • Oversee local store digital marketing strategy, budget ownership and performance marketing allocation across store locations.   
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

The Must Haves  

 

**Must be in Seattle

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, including managing multi-channel campaigns
  • Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
  • Demonstrated success managing digital marketing budgets $5M+ annually, with a focus on ROI optimization
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, SEO/SEM software, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Strong problem solving strategic thinking, adaptability, communication, and analytical skills

The base wage for this role ranges from $108,000.00 to $135,000.00. Where you land in that range depends on your skills and experience, and we also factor in internal pay equity. While the full range is listed for this role, we rarely hire at the top of the range, leaving room for professional and financial growth in role.
