- Order Management Platform Engineering
Location: Issaquah (Seattle),
WA - selected candidate must live within 50 miles of their selected work
location. (Relocation assistance available for eligible new hires located
over 50 miles from the Hub location of hire and they move to within 50 miles of
the hub location)
Schedule - Hybrid –
onsite 4 days/week - This
is a full-time management/leadership position (45+ hours per week).
Requires scheduling flexibility
to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, holidays, and 24/7 on
call responsibilities on a rotational basis.
Background check & Drug Test - requires successful
completion.
Compensation -
Pay Range: $135,000 - $180,000/year DOE

Requirements
As a member of the IT Management Team, you are
responsible for managing, developing, and leading a team of employees. Your
role includes leading the specific functional responsibilities of your team,
which involves overseeing team performance and deliverables. However, your role
as a leader within our organization requires more than the management of
resources and day-to-day operations. As a steward of the company, you are
charged with the development and execution of your team’s strategic vision and
plan and ensuring that your team’s actions align with the larger goals of the
company and the IT Division.
As the Order Management Platform Engineering, you
will advance and support a team responsible for the design, development, and
implementation of the new order management system with a focus on continuous
incremental business value in an agile environment. This position will work to
establish a product engineering ecosystem. It will also foster an environment
that promotes DevOps philosophies that enable efficient software deployments,
high quality software, and empowers teams to do their best. The ideal candidate
will demonstrate strong technical aptitude in leading application engineering
and development with a demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team of
resources responsible for agile product delivery.

QA testing procedures).
- Maintains current knowledge
of relevant technology and design patterns as assigned (i.e., Microsoft
Azure, Azure DevOps, backend for frontend, and microservices
architectures).
- Coaches and mentors’
employees on technical and career development.
- This is a full-time
management/leadership position (45+ hours per week).
- 3+ years’ experience leading
software development/product engineering teams.
- 3+ years’ experience
developing and deploying enterprise cloud services and web-based
applications.
- 3+ years’ experience working
directly in an agile delivery environment, including:
- The ability to demonstrate
extensive knowledge of agile delivery practices.
- Experience leveraging
test-driven development.
- Conveys an executive
presence, a high level of professionalism, and a focused commitment to
excellence.
- Working experience with
infrastructure as code building CI/CD pipelines, from a greenfield
scenario.
- Familiarity with common
development frameworks (i.e. Java, Javascript, node.js, .Net, and
Powershell).
- Google Cloud
certification(s) preferred.
- Demonstrates an
understanding and proven track record of how to implement DevOps practices
in a team environment.
- HIPAA Training and
Supervisors Orientation (within 30 days of hire); Leadership Development
101 (within one year); Costco Pay Policies (within 90 days of promotion).
Recommended
Agile certifications
Google Cloud certification(s) preferred.
Proficient in Google Workspace applications,
including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Gmail.
