About the Role

Maleda Tech is seeking a results-driven Paid Social Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in performance environments and is passionate about driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through creative testing and analytics.

You will partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to scale campaigns, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid social strategies across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and others

  • Plan, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve performance goals (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)

  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting to maximize return on investment

  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance

  • Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights through reporting and dashboards

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets

  • Monitor platform updates, trends, and best practices to inform strategy

  • Build and manage audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and customer journey flows

  • Oversee tracking implementation (pixels, events, UTM parameters) and ensure data accuracy

  • Partner with analytics teams to measure attribution and cross-channel performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns

  • Proven track record of driving performance and scaling campaigns effectively

  • Strong knowledge of ad platforms including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar attribution platforms

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing environments

  • Familiarity with creative strategy and performance-driven content development

  • Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimization strategies

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
