Maleda Tech is seeking a results-driven Paid Social Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in performance environments and is passionate about driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through creative testing and analytics.
You will partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to scale campaigns, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable business impact.
Develop and execute paid social strategies across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
Plan, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve performance goals (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting to maximize return on investment
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance
Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights through reporting and dashboards
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
Monitor platform updates, trends, and best practices to inform strategy
Build and manage audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and customer journey flows
Oversee tracking implementation (pixels, events, UTM parameters) and ensure data accuracy
Partner with analytics teams to measure attribution and cross-channel performance
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns
Proven track record of driving performance and scaling campaigns effectively
Strong knowledge of ad platforms including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar attribution platforms
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing environments
Familiarity with creative strategy and performance-driven content development
Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimization strategies
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

Schedule: Part-time, ~20-40 hours per week (flexible based on business needs)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Compensation: $115 - $127/hour + benefits
