About the Role:
We’re seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Lead with strong hands-on keyboard (HoK) experience across Amazon and Walmart advertising platforms, including PPC and DSP. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage campaign performance down to the dollar, and is comfortable communicating across all levels- including the C-suite.
You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and efficiency across multiple verticals including pharma, kitchen/home, and authors/publishing.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on campaign execution and optimization on Amazon (PPC, DSP) and Walmart Connect, including:
Keyword strategy, bid management, and audience targeting
Budget allocation and pacing to meet ROAS and CPA goals
A/B testing, creative iteration, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Develop and deliver weekly performance reports, highlighting insights, optimizations, and recommendations
Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CVR
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and product teams to align messaging and strategy
Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and C-suite
Adapt communication and presentation styles for diverse stakeholders
Stay up to date on platform changes, competitive trends, and new tools to maintain cutting-edge campaign performance
3–5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically managing:
Amazon Advertising (PPC and DSP)
Walmart Connect
Strong understanding of eCommerce funnels and digital advertising best practices
Experience managing budgets and scaling spend while maintaining efficiency targets
Proficiency with data tools and platforms (Excel, Amazon Ads Console, Walmart Ad Center, analytics platforms)
Deep knowledge of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and performance reporting
Experience in one or more of the following verticals preferred: pharma, kitchen/home products, authors/publishing
Excellent communication skills; confident in adapting tone and approach for cross-functional teams and executives
Analytical mindset with a passion for testing and optimization
