The Digital Direct Sales (DDS) team is responsible for the Microsoft Store eCommerce experience. We create a trusted online destination for Consumers and Very Small Businesses to discover, learn and buy the full range of Microsoft products and solutions. We are searching for a Performance Marketing Lead to join our team!
As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing our marketing channel performance across various channels, such as paid media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and email marketing. You will use data-driven insights to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable recommendations to improve our marketing strategies. You will have a previous understanding of channel performance marketing, a solid background in data analysis, and the ability to strategize with other team members cross-functionally to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive positive impact to key business key performance indicators (KPIs). Your organizational agility will enable you to educate and influence at all levels of the organization effectively, and develop actionable plans that garner buy-in from stakeholders.

Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
