About the Role

This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of digital media for online retailers, focusing on driving growth and maximizing ROI across key e-commerce platforms. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns on e-retailer channels such as Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, and Bestbuy.com. Collaborating closely with sales teams, internal marketing units, and external agencies, the individual will ensure alignment with business goals while leveraging analytics to refine strategies and improve performance.

What You Will Do

  • Maximize shopper conversion through the development and execution of compelling online retail marketing campaigns focused on digital ecommerce channels.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Brand and Product Marketing teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to retail success.
  • Manage multiple agency partners, keeping them aligned with individual online retailer goals and optimizing paid media strategy to align with company objectives.
  • Analyze syndicated data and online retailer/broker data to spot market trends and support brand growth within online retail channels.
  • Leverage that data to create insights driven online retail strategies.
  • Competitor tracking of activity on online retailer platforms & monitor performance.
  • Champion of the brand – ensures brand consistency across retail executions, both digital and in-store.
  • Manage and optimize the trade marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of online retail paid media on a Monthly and Quarterly basis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key retail, distributor and agency partners.
  • Support with range review insights with major retailers

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Retail Media and Shopper Marketing within the CPG or Retail industry, with a focus on managing campaigns on e-retailer platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, Walmart.com) and improving marketing ROI.
  • Proven success in planning, executing, and analyzing online retailer advertising and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Expertise in online retail point-of-sale processes, merchandising standards, and A+ content development.
  • Experience managing external agency relationships, with exposure to multiple agency models preferred.
  • Proficiency in key platforms such as Criteo, Walmart Connect, Roundel, and Amazon Vendor Central for content management, consumer insights, and advertising execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage KPIs to drive digital strategy and performance.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary Ranges:

$ 84,750 - $ 124,300
