Position: Sales and Marketing Data Analyst

Cherry Republic seeks a highly skilled and data-driven Sales and Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will analyze sales data and marketing strategies across various platforms, including our ERP system, Shopify, and other technology stacks. Your insights will help shape strategic decisions that align with our goal of growing the Cherry Republic brand within our customer channels. Summary of Duties:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in product sales and marketing strategies.
- Work within our ERP system, Shopify, and other relevant tech stacks to gather, process, and analyze data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and other tools to provide actionable insights to the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data-driven insights with marketing and sales strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product performance across all channels.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Communicate data findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders, ensuring that insights are understood and actionable.
- Maintain a focus on growing the Cherry Republic brand within our customer channels through informed data-driven decisions.
Necessary Skills:
- Knowledge of data warehousing and database management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Sales and Marketing Data Analyst has no supervisory responsibilities and reports directly to the VP of Marketing and Impact.

- Education and/or Experience - Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Data Science or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience as a data analyst in a sales and/or marketing environment. Experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
- Language Skills - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Mathematical Skills - Ability to calculate numbers and patterns when analyzing data. Knowledge of data warehousing and database management.
- Reasoning Ability- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to communicate issues accurately and thoroughly to all individuals involved.
- Computer / Technical Skills - Must be proficient in Excel, Power BI and other data visualization tools. Experience working with ERP systems, Shopify, and Klayvio. Familiarity with CRM systems and other marketing technology tools.
- Physical Requirements - This position requires long periods working in a stationary position when performing computer-based tasks. Close-range computer work is required along with the use of other office equipment.
