Job Description

12-month Contact 

Driven by data and inspired by growth? RCL is looking for a Senior Analyst, CRM to transform raw customer data into powerful, actionable insights that fuel smarter ecommerce performance for the PENN brand. 

You’ll work closely with brand, store operations and marketing teams to translate analytics into clear recommendations, you’ll manipulate and interpret data, turning it into clear, actionable insights. Your insights will not only guide smarter decision-making but also elevate the customer journey across digital touchpoints. Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver key reports and dashboards to support marketing, merchandising, and leadership teams.
• Lead analysis of customer behavior, purchase patterns, and campaign results.
• Use data to recommend strategies for customer growth.
• Develop optimized customer segmentation for email, direct mail, and content campaigns.
• Work with internal teams to improve CRM tools, data collection, and validation processes.
• Stay up to date on CRM trends, tools, and divisional priorities to enhance performance.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• University degree in a related field of study.
• 7 + years of relevant experience.
• Experience with BI tools .
• Understanding of methodologies such as A/B testing, and able to manipulate data from multiple sources.
• Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; exposure to project management and business process redesign is a plus.
• Bilingual
