Accountabilities
- Develop state-of-the-art techniques in Machine Learning, Personalization, and Recommendation systems.
- Design, implement, and own advanced Machine Learning approaches including deep learning and generative AI techniques.
- Collaborate with other tech leads on key initiatives and priorities.
- Create and iteratively improve data models based on new insights.
- Architect and iterate on data solutions to enhance personalization and recommendations.
Requirements
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields with relevant practical experience.
- Expertise in Machine Learning, Statistics, Generative AI, Personalization, and Recommendation algorithms.
- Experience in building large-scale machine learning and deep learning models.
- Proficiency in designing scalable recommendation systems for e-commerce platforms.
- Strong coding skills in Python or other relevant programming languages.
- Experience in building scalable data pipelines using Spark, Hive, or SQL.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
