The Senior Performance Marketing Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Growth Analytics function and will be responsible for reporting on the performance of Marketing campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will help various Marketing stakeholders (IMC, Partnerships, Paid Media, CRM) optimize efforts by delivering insights that drive smarter, data-informed decisions.
This strategic role blends analytics, data visualization, and business strategy to elevate Marketing performance. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards or reporting tools to help stakeholders track key metrics, and applying advanced methodologies to optimize spend, boost incremental revenue, and improve campaign outcomes. As a contributor to the evolution of marketing measurement, this role will drive innovation, foster a data-driven culture, and collaborate cross-functionally to set performance goals and guide ongoing optimization efforts.
ð¢ HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.
ð¼ A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Partner with Marketing stakeholders to define deliverables and gather business requirements related to campaign measurement, online analytics, and ROI frameworks.
- Deliver clear, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
- Proactively identify data trends and communicate key findings in a concise and compelling way.
- Collaborate with Marketing Analytics on the design, development, and optimization of internal and external reports and dashboards to support daily operations and high-level strategic initiatives.
- Manage the Marketing team’s data visualization tools, ensuring usability and functionality across users and business needs.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to define and implement data source requirements for marketing analytics and dashboards.
ð¯ WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Digital Strategy.
- Experience building and maintaining KPI reporting and post-mortem presentation decks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders of all levels.
ð° COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary $78,000 to $100,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
