Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Sennheiser Americas
The Senior Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving paid media strategy and execution across the US and Canada for Sennheiser AMER. This role owns the full-funnel media planning process—from campaign creation to performance analysis—and partners closely with internal teams and agencies to optimize results aligned with commercial goals and brand strategy.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the regional paid media plan, ensuring alignment with global media strategy and business objectives
Act as the main liaison for the media planning agency and coordinate briefings, annual plans, and ongoing optimizations
Oversee paid media execution across platforms (Amazon and non-Amazon) including influencer, paid search, and digital campaigns
Define audiences, manage creative asset lists per channel, and ensure platform compliance
Monitor campaign performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis and derive data-informed optimization steps
Lead testing and innovation initiatives to improve media ROI
Control and monitor campaign budgets and media spend
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and eCommerce teams
More about you:
Degree in Marketing; MBA preferred
7+ years in performance marketing with both Amazon and non-Amazon experience
Strong experience in paid search, digital media, influencer campaigns, and agency management
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills
High proficiency in Excel and analytics tools
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a hybrid setting
Strong executive presence and comfort with ambiguity
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova.

This role's pay range is between: $126,000 - $152,000 based on experience. This role is also bonus eligible.
