Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale influencer and social media strategies across multiple lifestyle and fashion brands. This role is ideal for a creative thinker and relationship builder who can balance performance metrics with brand integrity. You'll be responsible for developing and executing paid and organic influencer programs, managing community engagement, and leading content planning aligned with seasonal priorities.
Location: Onsite 5 days a week at our NYC HQ
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Strategy & Execution
- Own and execute influencer marketing programs from start to finish, including sourcing, outreach, contracting, gifting, and performance reporting.
- Manage relationships with both paid and unpaid creators, agencies, and talent managers to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and brand objectives.
- Lead the development and management of an always-on gifting program and UGC pipeline to support brand awareness and conversion goals.
- Build and maintain UGC/gifting influencer lists through competitor research and creator audits; identify creators in niche, brand-right communities.
Content Planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, eCommerce, and paid teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize campaign impact.
- Generate creative ideas for social-first content, influencer activations, and emerging platform trends.
Reporting & Optimization
- Track and report on influencer and social campaign performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI insights.
- Lead monthly reporting for brand partners (e.g., WM & Aerosoles), ensuring all relevant metrics and assets are compiled accurately.
- Maintain performance databases and dashboards to identify top-performing creators, optimize ongoing partnerships, and inform future strategy.
- Manage campaign assets and licensing documentation (e.g., Artlist sound licenses).
Workflow & Tools Management
- Manage day-to-day workflows in influencer platforms such as Aspire, Plann, and Google Sheets.
- Maintain organized tracking systems for past collaborator performance, current campaigns, and new creator vetting pipelines.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or brand marketing—preferably in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle space.
- Strong understanding of influencer trends, platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and UGC strategy.
- Proven track record managing creator relationships, campaign execution, and content performance.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns across brands and timelines.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Aspire, Plann, or similar influencer tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to brand voice, tone, and content quality.
- A collaborative, self-starter mindset and a passion for building community-driven brand engagement.

Salary: The anticipated base salary is $75k – 95k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
