WHO we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Data Analyst to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Creates and executes product marketing plans with respect to traffic forecast, spend forecasts and sales achievement.
  • Collaborates with sales, product marketing and integrated marketing teams to monitor forecasts, actuals and any demand changes.
  • Deep dives into the competition activities and manages competition landscape analysis.
  • Analyzes work and presents findings to business owners and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive strategy, design recommendations, experience development and product optimization.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data models and dashboards in Tableau to provide clear and accessible insights.
  • Provide business intelligence support and supporting areas by means of both repeatable and ad hoc reporting delivery reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc) that enable informed business decisions.
Required Experience and Education:
  • Minimum of 4-6 years experience in data analysis, eCommerce operations, marketing or product management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & data analysis tools.
Necessary Skills and Attributes:
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to both internal & external stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools (Google Analytics, Tableau), Excel pivot tables and basic functions for maintaining and creating reports.
  • Comfortable navigating a complex organization and building cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent presentation skills; ability to communicate your ideas and convince an audience using data and visual storytelling.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
