The Role
We need a Highly Experienced TikTok Internal Community Manager to build and energize our TikTok creator community. You’ll recruit, coach, and drive creators to turn TikTok Shops into a growth machine.
What You’ll Do
Grow our creator network on Discord + WhatsApp
Recruit and onboard top TikTok creators
Deliver briefs + coaching for high-performing content
Run challenges, trainings, and engagement events
Track performance + optimize for growth
What We’re Looking For
✅ 2+ years in community or creator management
✅ Strong Discord/WhatsApp community experience
✅ TikTok creator background OR deep TikTok knowledge
✅ High-energy, personable, and results-driven
