Role Overview

Create is looking for a sharp, data-driven VP of Growth Marketing to scale our category-defining creatine brand. This leader owns the full growth engine—acquisition, conversion, and retention—across paid, owned, and earned channels. You’ll set strategy, lead a small but mighty team, and work directly with the CEO to keep growth efficient and brand-aligned as we expand online and in retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Leadership: Set and hit aggressive revenue and CAC/LTV goals. Build and mentor a high-performing growth team.
  • Paid Social & Performance Creative: Oversee media buying, creative testing, and scaling across Meta, TikTok, Google, TV, and emerging channels. In 2026, your budget will be upwards of $50M.
  • Affiliate & Influencer: Expand and optimize our affiliate, creator, and ambassador programs to drive profitable customer acquisition.
  • Ecommerce: Own site experience, CRO, analytics, and the full DTC funnel from landing page to checkout.
  • Retention & Lifecycle: Lead email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription strategies to maximize LTV and repeat purchase.
  • Data & Analytics: Build a rigorous testing culture, using data to guide spend allocation, experimentation, and forecasting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Brand, Operations, Finance and Retail teams to align growth efforts with launches, retail expansions, and inventory planning.


Requirements
  • 8+ years in growth marketing for high-velocity CPG, DTC, or consumer health/wellness brands.
  • Experience at a digitally native, but omnichannel CPG or DTC brand
  • Experience scaling a subscription oriented CPG or DTC brand
  • Deep expertise in paid social and performance creative; strong grasp of ecommerce and retention levers.
  • Proven track record scaling revenue and improving CAC/LTV at $50M+ annual run rates.
  • Analytical, scrappy, and comfortable leading strategy while rolling up sleeves to execute.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills; thrives in fast-moving, founder-led environments.
