The everyday hustle:

• Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop and maintain dynamic, user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Integrate, manage, and optimize content across a variety of Content Management Systems (CMS), ensuring a seamless authoring experience and fast delivery.
• Manage and optimize our website hosting infrastructure and performance using platforms like Cloudflare and Netlify.
• Implement robust bot management strategies to ensure website integrity and performance.
• Ensure our digital properties adhere to the highest standards of accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, digital strategists, and web developers in an fast-paced, adaptable environment
• Integrate third-party APIs (like Marketo) and work with back-end teams to ensure smooth data flow.

Do you have what it takes?

• 2+ years of professional experience building user-facing digital products, with a portfolio showcasing your work on public websites.
• Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a strong understanding of web standards.
• Proven, hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), such as WordPress, Contentful, Sitecore, Kentico, Magento, or Shopify.
• Demonstrable experience with modern hosting, CDN, and security platforms like Netlify and Cloudflare.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility principles, and user experience (UX) best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite) and package managers (e.g., npm, Yarn).
• Confident using Git, GitHub, or other version control systems for collaborative development.
• A meticulous attention to detail in styling, layout, and usability.

• Knowledge of robust API integrations with marketing automation tools (like Marketo) and digital asset management tools (like Cloudinary)
• Experience with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and modern SEO best practices.
• Understanding of AI Bot Crawlers and how to optimize websites for them.
