  • Deliver campaign wrap reports with actionable insights and forward-looking recommendations.

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as a key contact for paid social execution, providing updates, insights, and recommendations.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, managing expectations and timelines.

  • Ensure accurate billing and reconciliation across paid social campaigns.

  • Proactively communicate pacing issues, budget shifts, or delivery challenges to the Social Buying Manager and Account Team.

Research & Innovation

  • Stay current on platform updates, audience behaviors, and evolving social media trends.

  • Build relationships with platform reps (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to gain access to betas and insights.

  • Attend industry events, webinars, and training to bring fresh thinking and new opportunities to the team.

  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, process improvements, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid social media buying.

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other major social platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
