POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Position Title: CRM Coordinator

Reports To: Sr. Manager of Ecommerce

Classification: Exempt, Salaried

Location: Main Office, Blue Ash [No contract-to-hire, no remote option, no sponsorship available].

 

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Range USA is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated CRM Coordinator to support our relationship marketing efforts and help deliver personalized, engaging communications to our customers. In this role, you will assist in the execution and optimization of customer engagement programs across email and SMS channels, contributing to acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives that drive incremental growth for the business. The ideal candidate is curious, data-aware, and eager to learn — someone who enjoys digging into customer behavior and helping craft communications that resonate.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Support the execution of CRM campaigns across email and SMS channels, including acquisition, retention, win-back, and triggered messaging programs
  • Assist with campaign builds, QA, scheduling, and deployment using our CRM platform
  • Help maintain and update customer segmentation lists to ensure accurate, targeted audience delivery
  • Pull and compile campaign performance reports, summarizing key metrics and flagging trends
  • Ensure campaign assets, copy, and links are accurate and on-brand prior to deployment
  • Support coordination with internal stakeholders to keep campaigns on schedule
  • Contribute to ongoing efforts to grow and improve our CRM capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or a related role (internship experience considered)
  • Familiarity with an Email Service Provider or CRM platform (e.g., Cordial, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Analytically driven decision maker; comfortable working with data, pulling reports, and communicating findings clearly
  • Results-oriented, willingness to follow through, make informed decisions, complete tasks, and problem-solve
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing campaign builds, copy, and audience segments before deployment
  • Communication Proficiency — Verbal & Written
  • Technical Capacity — Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in a professional office environment.  This is an on-site job located at our Main Office in Cincinnati, OH.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.  Additionally, specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.   The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
