The Role
This is a hands-on CRM Specialist role focused on executing, optimizing, and improving lifecycle campaigns and automations across email, push, and SMS.
You’ll work across Klaviyo (ecommerce) and Braze (mobile app), owning day-to-day campaign and automation execution while contributing ideas and recommendations that improve performance.
This is not a passive execution role. You’re expected to think critically, manage competing priorities, and step in wherever needed to keep campaigns moving.
Responsibilities
Execution & Delivery (Primary)
- Own the end-to-end delivery process of 5–10 weekly campaigns across email, push, and SMS, coordinating build and QA resources and stepping in hands-on when needed to keep timelines intact
- Regularly launch net new lifecycle automations (flows and canvases) to drive activation, engagement, retention, monetization, and growth
- Write campaign briefs with clear requirements, wireframes, and visual references that communicate intent to creative teams
- Build and support segmentation and personalization strategies across geos, demos, user goals, and content preferences
- Launch and manage regular A/B tests on campaigns and lifecycle automations
- Ensure brand and technical standards are met; spot and resolve errors during review to reduce revision cycles
Planning & Optimization
- Develop and present rolling 6-week campaign calendars
- Collaborate with CRM manager to develop rolling 6-week canvas and flow testing calendars
- Pull performance reports, interpret results, and suggest improvements
- Identify ways to improve CRM processes and strategy
Collaboration
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, and product stakeholders
- Absorb urgent or unplanned requests without derailing core work
- Help keep campaigns on schedule despite shifting priorities and dependencies
What Success Looks Like at 90 Days
- Independently developing and presenting 6-week campaign calendars
- Independently project managing evergreen campaigns for both ecommerce and mobile
- Absorbing one-off requests from other departments without dropping your core work
- Running weekly optimization tests on canvases and flows
- Starting to bring your own strategic recommendations to the table
Who Will Thrive Here
- You have excellent time management—not "pretty good," excellent. Multiple deadlines, competing priorities, last-minute changes. You don't drop balls

The Hard Parts
- Keeping campaigns on schedule when multiple stakeholders control the review process
- Balancing steady-state campaign work with urgent one-off requests
- Balancing evergreen work with longer-term canvas and flow investments
