About the Role
Join our global team driving digital transformation through SAP Order to Cash solutions.  As a DigITal Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how data and systems support our business operations, collaborating across departments to deliver meaningful change.
In this position you will have a lead role, responsible for analyzing, defining, and documenting business requirements and processes, and translating them into functional specifications for IT systems. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments, including business units, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure that the IT systems meet the needs of the organization. You’ll work with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Jira, and SharePoint to streamline processes and deliver actionable insights.
What You Will Do
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze reporting requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Data Analysis & Validation:
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management.
- Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and processes.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools; we value depth of experience and transferable skills.
- Experience with SAP ERP & S/4 Hana systems.
- Experience with managing external vendors with accountability for their performance.
- Leadership experience in managing projects and guiding others in solving complex problems.
Bonus Points if You Have 
- Familiarity with software development methodologies in a large global organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce eCommerce, Jira, SharePoint 
- Bi-lingual. (Korean)
What Makes You Eligible
- Be willing to travel up to 5% domestic and international travel.
- Be willing to work in an office/hybrid in Northridge, California.
- Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
