Main Purpose and Major Challenges of the Role |
Manage and oversee all aspects of the digital experience ranging from site management, product merchandising, site experience, site speed to feature expansion and a display a constant drive to create a best-in-class shopping experience online. Owns all aspects of the eCommerce P&L and drives optimization across all aspects that impact the financial performance of the eCommerce channel. Responsible for delivering eCommerce sales and profitability targets, working cross functionally with product, marketing, creative, finance, retail and operations to foster accountability and collaboration across all stakeholders of the digital business. This role is required to be in office at least three days a week. |
