Role Overview
We’re seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead integrated demand programs, drive efficient pipeline generation, and scale performance marketing for our eCommerce vertical. This role requires someone equally comfortable with strategy and execution—someone who can build a system, test quickly, and drive measurable results across the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and own the growth marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals.
- Translate insights into scalable programs across inbound, product-led, and outbound channels.
- Lead experimentation to uncover new acquisition and conversion opportunities.
Campaign Execution
- Manage high-velocity, multi-channel programs with a focus on lead quality and conversion.
- Collaborate with agency partners to scale spend and improve efficiency.
- Deploy AI tools to accelerate personalization, segmentation, and content generation.
Funnel Optimization & CRO
- Run A/B tests and optimize sign-up flows, landing pages, and lead journeys.
- Identify friction points and improve conversion rates across digital touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align strategy and execution.
- Ensure smooth lead routing, clear handoff processes, and shared KPIs.
Performance Analytics
- Build dashboards to monitor campaign performance and pipeline impact.
- Forecast campaign ROI and optimize spend to hit CAC and growth targets.
Qualifications
Must-Haves
- 8+ years of growth or demand generation experience at B2B SaaS companies.
- 1+ years in a leadership role managing demand strategy and execution.
- Hands-on with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools.
- Deep experience managing performance marketing agencies.
- Proven ability to execute and iterate quickly in a high-velocity, inbound-led environment.
- Strong communicator who can influence stakeholders and present confidently.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience marketing to eCommerce or DTC brands.
- Personal or professional social influence to amplify brand presence.
- Passion for AI-powered marketing and a strong grasp of emerging tech tools.
- Familiarity with short-cycle SaaS sales environments.

Compensation
Compensation will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and a candidate’s home base. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation in addition to base pay may be provided as part of a total compensation package, including eligibility to participate in a bonus plan.
