Everyday Dose is reinventing the way people energize- with coffee powered by functional mushrooms, collagen, and nootropics. Backed by thousands of loyal customers and now carried by national retailers like Target, we’re scaling fast and rewriting the rules of daily wellness.

To accelerate this growth, we’re hiring a Director of Influencer & Affiliate Marketing. We are looking for a strategic leader, operator, and culture-driver who will own one of the most critical and high-visibility functions in the company. This role reports directly to the CEO & President and will lead a growing team of 3.

This isn’t your average marketing seat. This is a director-level leadership position designed for someone with a proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing influencer and affiliate programs that fuel brand love and performance growth.

You’ll be responsible for architecting Everyday Dose’s entire creator marketing engine across influencer campaigns, affiliate programs, ambassador growth, and creator-driven UGC. You’ll own strategy, executional oversight, tooling, hiring, performance, and innovation- and play a key role in how Everyday Dose shows up across culture, retail, and social platforms.



Requirements
  • 7+ years in influencer and affiliate marketing, with at least 3 in a leadership or director-level role
  • Proven experience leading high-growth programs in DTC, wellness, CPG, or lifestyle brands
  • A strategic thinker who also thrives in execution- someone who can zoom out to plan, but zoom in to optimize
  • Deeply fluent in the creator economy, UGC, attribution, and full-funnel performance
  • Known for high standards, sharp instincts, and strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with lean teams and big goals
  • Excellent communicator and mentor with a track record of building and scaling teams

What You’ll Own

Influencer & Affiliate Strategy

  • Develop and continuously evolve the company-wide creator growth strategy, aligned with DTC, retail, and lifecycle performance goals
  • Establish clear OKRs tied to conversion, CAC, LTV, revenue, and content production
  • Build annual, quarterly, and monthly roadmaps for influencer, affiliate, and ambassador programs

Team Leadership

  • Directly manage and mentor a high-performing team of 3 spanning influencer relations, affiliate operations, and content/UGC coordination
  • Set team priorities, establish workflows, run performance reviews, and provide ongoing mentorship
  • Build headcount plans and make strategic hires to scale the team in line with business growth

Campaign Oversight

  • Oversee influencer campaigns from concept to execution- ensuring excellence in briefing, content output, compliance, and performance tracking
  • Review and approve campaign structures, content strategy, platform selection, and creator-fit
  • Own the post-campaign analysis process- what worked, what didn’t, and how we scale

Whitelisting & Paid Amplification

  • Lead and optimize whitelisting and Spark Ads strategy across Meta and TikTok
  • Partner with the paid team to integrate influencer content into paid media, testing creatives and landing pages for conversion lift
  • Establish a feedback loop between influencer content and performance data to optimize which creators, formats, and placements get scaled

Affiliate Program Growth

  • Lead all affiliate and ambassador growth via Impact, Shopify, Superfiliate, ShopMy, and other key tools
  • Architect a tiered partner program that incentivizes revenue-driving affiliates with unique commission, gifting, and loyalty structures
  • Continuously test new funnels, creator partnerships, and offer mechanics to maximize ROI

Cross-Functional Integration

  • Align with paid media, lifecycle, and creative teams to plug influencer content directly into ads, email flows, PDPs, and SMS
  • Partner with the retail and brand team to support national launches (e.g. Target) with geo-targeted creator strategies
  • Build playbooks for how influencers can amplify product launches, seasonal campaigns, and cultural moments

Tooling, Reporting & Attribution

  • Oversee the full platform ecosystem including Archive, Impact, Excel/Sheets, TikTok Shop, ShopMy, and Shopify integrations
  • Ensure best-in-class attribution, forecasting, and creator cohort analysis
  • Regularly present performance updates and growth opportunities to the CEO and executive team

Talent & Creator Network Management

  • Guide the team’s creator identification, vetting, and tiering processes- ensuring alignment with brand values and performance potential
  • Oversee all negotiation, contract review, compliance, briefing, and content approval processes
  • Cultivate long-term, high-trust relationships with top-performing creators and agencies

Innovation & Market Leadership

  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, YouTube, and new platforms
  • Develop standout creator moments that elevate our brand and keep us ahead of the competition
  • Pilot new programs like creator drops, ambassador meetups, and exclusive product collabs

Platform Proficiency (Must-Have Experience)

You must bring deep, hands-on experience with:

  • Instagram (creator discovery, story/reel/UGC strategy, paid partnership tools)
  • TikTok & TikTok Shop (spark ads, creator marketplace, affiliate integration)
  • YouTube & YouTube Shorts (creator campaigns, video strategy, long-form review funnels)
  • Meta (Ads Manager) (knowledge of how influencer content fits into paid media)
  • Shopify, Archive, ShopMy, Superfiliate, Impact (affiliate, attribution, and content tools)

Bonus Points

  • Agency-side experience managing creator campaigns or brand partnerships
  • Experience launching omnichannel influencer campaigns (retail + DTC)
  • Background in health, wellness, or supplements (especially regulated categories)
