In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

• Build and maintain custom Shopify Plus themes and storefront functionality
• Support technical solutioning for app integrations and client-specific requests
• Ensure site performance, SEO, and ADA compliance
• Translate Figma/designs into production-ready code with scope-awareness
• Identify development risks and educate clients on best practices
• Review and refactor code for quality, maintainability, and scalability
• Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring alignment across the team
• Take ownership of QA testing across browsers/devices
• Manage Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to and maintain documentation processes

Skills you have 🚀 

• Solid experience with Shopify Plus (theme builds, app integration)
• Strong grasp of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows
• Proven leadership and team management experience — you coach, support, and delegate effectively
• Able to think in terms of scalability, system architecture, and long-term planning
• Comfortable translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing end-to-end builds with QA ownership

Skills that will make you stand out 💥 

• Experience with Hydrogen, Oxygen, or Shopify Functions
• Background in backend development (Node.js, Liquid, GraphQL)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Accessibility and ADA compliance best practices
