Description

Senville is a leading manufacturer and distributor of mini split air conditioners and ductless heat pumps in North America. Since our establishment in 2000, we have been committed to providing high-quality HVAC solutions across the United States and Canada. We are currently seeking an E-Commerce/Catalog & Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Senville.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product catalogs across various e-commerce platforms, including our own website, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and eBay.
  • Oversee the product catalog and publishing process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy of product data.
  • Coordinate promotions across platforms in line with tentpole events.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present merchandising reports, reviewing performance to generate actionable insights that inform decision-making.
  • Work with the marketing coordinator to improve product images and listing content.
  • Manage and grow Senville’s social media presence across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content to promote products, campaigns, and brand awareness.


  • Requirements

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
    • 5 years of e-commerce experience.
    • 3 years of experience working with Shopify or BigCommerce.
    • 3 years of experience with third-party platforms like Amazon and eBay.
    • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or company is an asset.
