• Edit raw supplier\/product photos to match brand guidelines (clean, minimal, warm\-neutral, true\-to\-product)
<\/div>
• Create Shopify\-ready image sets per product:
<\/div>
• Clean background “product\-only” images
<\/div>
• In\-use lifestyle images (when available)
<\/div>
• Cropped versions for Pinterest and Instagram formats
<\/div>
• Write and optimize:
<\/div>
• SEO\-friendly product titles
<\/div>
• Benefit\-driven product descriptions (features, specs, care, use\-cases)
<\/div>
• Tags, collections, and basic on\-page SEO fields
<\/div>
• Maintain consistency across all product pages and collections
<\/div>

<\/div>
Social Media Management (Instagram, Threads, Pinterest)
<\/div>
• Create a weekly content plan and publish consistently (posts, reels, stories, pins)
<\/div>
• Turn Shopify product information into social content:
<\/div>
• Hands\-only product demos
<\/div>
• Japandi\-style styling setups
<\/div>
• Carousel posts highlighting features and benefits
<\/div>
• Create Pinterest pins linking to product pages, blog posts, and collections
<\/div>
• Manage community engagement:
<\/div>
• Respond to comments and DMs
<\/div>
• Engage with relevant accounts and communities
<\/div>
• Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetic across platforms
<\/div>

Paid Social Ads (Traffic & Conversion)
<\/div>
• Set up and manage paid ads (Meta and Pinterest as priority platforms when applicable)
<\/div>
• Run structured testing and iteration:
<\/div>
• Creative testing
<\/div>
• Audience testing
<\/div>
• Retargeting (site visitors and engaged users)
<\/div>
• Manage budget pacing and maintain campaign hygiene (UTMs, naming conventions, tracking checks)
<\/div>
Analytics & Reporting (Must\-Have)
<\/div>
• Track and report data across:
<\/div>
• Shopify: traffic, conversion rate, AOV, revenue by channel, best\-performing products
<\/div>
• Social: follower growth, engagement rate, top\-performing posts and pins
<\/div>
• Ads: spend, ROAS (if sufficient volume), CPA, CTR, conversion rate, audience insights
<\/div>

Reporting Cadence
<\/div>
• Weekly: 1\-page performance snapshot + next week’s priorities
<\/div>
• Monthly: deeper performance review (what worked, what didn’t, what to test next)
<\/div><\/span>

• Able to schedule and publish content (live posting or scheduled tools)
• Disciplined and consistent with execution (meets deadlines and maintains posting cadence)
• Experience with paid social ads on social media platforms
• Experience editing and posting product content via Shopify
