ob Description: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented E-Commerce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce platforms and a strong understanding of business analysis, digital commerce, and consumer behavior. Experience in the sports apparel industry is a plus. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing data, and optimizing online sales strategies to enhance user experience and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for e-commerce projects. Analyze e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and sales performance to identify opportunities for growth. Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to enhance website functionality and customer experience. Assist in e-commerce platform selection, migration, and integration with third-party tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, payment gateways, inventory management). Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends. Monitor KPIs like conversion rates, cart abandonment, AOV (average order value), and customer retention, and recommend optimization strategies. Define and document functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Support A/B testing, personalization, and marketing automation efforts. Ensure compliance with SEO best practices, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility standards. Work with sports apparel brands or similar industries to tailor e-commerce strategies to industry-specific needs (preferred). Key Requirements: 6 years of experience as an E-Commerce Business Analyst in retail, consumer goods, or a related domain. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, etc.). Experience in sports apparel or fashion e-commerce is a plus. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools. Understanding of customer journey mapping, UX principles, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in an Agile environment and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello. Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and omnichannel commerce strategies. Preferred Skills: Experience in sports apparel, fashion, or footwear e-commerce. Familiarity with subscription models, loyalty programs, and influencer marketing strategies. Knowledge of supply chain and order fulfillment workflows in e-commerce. Understanding of AI-driven personalization and recommendation engines
