Our client, a fast-paced eCommerce and wholesale distribution company, is seeking a solution-oriented Full-Stack Software Developer with a strong track record in building and scaling web applications that drive operational efficiency across logistics, inventory, and order management systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of internal full-stack web tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that systems are both scalable and easy to maintain.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack web applications that support logistics and operational workflows.
- Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and warehouse teams to understand challenges and build effective digital tools.
- Write and review clean, well-documented, and maintainable code using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Guide team members on best practices for software development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Maintain and enhance internal tools that track inventory, orders, and warehouse activity.
- Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with third-party platforms and internal databases.
- Create thorough documentation to support workflows, application architecture, and system integrations.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, reduce errors, and improve efficiency across departments.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with a proven ability to ship production-ready applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks like React and Node.js; familiarity with related technologies like Express, TypeScript, or MongoDB is a plus.
- Deep understanding of web architecture, APIs, and system integration best practices.
- Strong leadership skills, with prior experience mentoring developers or leading small teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into functional software.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments, preferably in eCommerce or logistics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Must be able to work onsite and coordinate closely with warehouse, sales, and operations departments.
