We’re building a new kind of supplement brand — one that helps people feel energized, focused, and in control without relying on the usual crash-and-burn formulas. Our first product is a clean, effective energy supplement designed for high-performing people who want more out of their day.
While we won’t be selling directly through Shopify, we’re building a brand-led DTC funnel that drives traffic from our website and marketing efforts to our Amazon storefront, where customers complete their purchase. We're looking for a performance-driven growth marketer who understands how to build full-funnel strategies that combine storytelling, data, and Amazon optimization to drive measurable results.
The Role
As our first marketing hire, you’ll own the full customer acquisition engine. From paid media to landing pages, affiliate partnerships to Amazon optimization — you’ll design, launch, and scale a marketing system that drives traffic and converts it into revenue on Amazon.
You’ll work directly with the founder and collaborate with freelance designers or creators as needed. This is a high-impact, hands-on role perfect for someone who has experience with DTC, Amazon, and performance marketing — and loves testing, optimizing, and moving fast.
What You’ll Do
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive high-quality traffic to our branded website and Amazon listings
- Create and test brand landing pages that educate, engage, and convert (even if the final purchase happens on Amazon)
- Set up and manage email/SMS lead capture and flows to nurture prospects and boost retention
- Own our Amazon marketing strategy: listing optimization, keyword strategy, A+ content, reviews, and Amazon Ads
- Use Amazon Attribution tools (e.g., Ampd, PixelMe, Amazon Attribution console) to measure and optimize off-Amazon traffic performance
- Build and manage an affiliate/influencer program to generate UGC, backlinks, and referral traffic
- Analyze funnel performance across all channels and optimize based on CAC, ROAS, and Amazon conversion data
- Create, test, or help produce ad creatives (with help from freelancers, AI, or in-house tools)
- Develop and allocate marketing spend across established launch budget
- Potentially support existing marketing efforts for parent company
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing for a DTC brand (ideally in supplements, wellness, or CPG)
- Strong understanding of how to drive and track off-Amazon traffic that converts into Amazon sales
- Experience optimizing Amazon listings (A+ content, SEO, reviews, ads) and managing Amazon Ads campaigns
- Hands-on experience with paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok) and landing page optimization
- Familiarity with Amazon Attribution tools (Ampd, PixelMe, Amazon Attribution, etc.)
- Experience building or managing affiliate/influencer programs
- Comfortable using Shopify or other web platforms (for content/landing pages), GA4, Klaviyo, and attribution platforms
- A scrappy, test-driven mindset — you move fast, iterate constantly, and thrive in an early-stage environment
