Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies for online sales and marketing channels.
Analyze user data, conversion rates, and marketing metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Create and optimize campaigns across digital channels: social media, email marketing, paid ads, affiliate programs.
Test hypotheses, run A/B experiments, and implement results to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to build effective marketing funnels.
Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and eCommerce innovations to uncover new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
2–3+ years of experience as a Growth Marketing Manager or similar role in eCommerce.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and analytics.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
Ability to generate hypotheses, run experiments, and make data-driven decisions.
Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
