Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for online sales and marketing channels.

  • Analyze user data, conversion rates, and marketing metrics to identify growth opportunities.

  • Create and optimize campaigns across digital channels: social media, email marketing, paid ads, affiliate programs.

  • Test hypotheses, run A/B experiments, and implement results to maximize ROI.

  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to build effective marketing funnels.

  • Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and eCommerce innovations to uncover new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of experience as a Growth Marketing Manager or similar role in eCommerce.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and analytics.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, CRM, and marketing automation tools.

  • Ability to generate hypotheses, run experiments, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
