POSITION OVERVIEW:

Ignatius Book Fairs exists to support faith-filled, values-driven literacy in Catholic and mission-aligned schools.  We are seeking a detail-oriented, systems-savvy HubSpot CRM Manager to oversee our use of HubSpot across departments, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and data integrity. This role will lead CRM strategy, automation, and reporting—supporting sales, marketing, and diocesan outreach initiatives. This position includes managing at least one direct report – with occasional travel to events.  The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and optimize the HubSpot CRM architecture, including pipelines, properties, workflows, and reporting
  • Build and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, diocesan outreach, Ave Dollar reminders, post-fair follow-up, etc.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and diocesan teams to ensure CRM meets cross-functional needs
  • Set up and maintain dashboards and custom reports for leadership
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and team training
  • Conduct regular data hygiene checks and enforce data quality standards
  • Ensure proper integration with other tools (e.g., forms, scheduling, ecommerce/storefront)
  • Oversee and mentor a junior CRM team member

EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s Degree preferred

EXPERIENCE:  2+ years experience with HubSpot CRM

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Experience building workflows, custom reports, and pipelines
  • Familiarity with sales/marketing automation and lifecycle management
  • Excellent attention to detail and process documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and training skills

  • Strong initiative and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

PHYSICAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Requires ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; the ability to stand, walk and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10 - 20 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, type and perform data entry, visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read technical information, ability to hear in order to answer telephones and to communicate verbally, and the ability to sit for extended periods of time.  

WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed indoors with minimal safety hazards, and requires seated, standing, and movement work.
